We were all very excited to finally reach our campsite. Weather conditions delayed our start until mid-afternoon. Those of us not used to the long Arctic days thought that we would be setting up camp in the dark. Little did they know that "dark" would never arrive. During our stay the darkest part of night still contained enough light to see clearly outside our tents.
