If you expect a confirmation and do not receive one in the mail within 7 to 10 days of when we should have mailed, please contact us.  Confirmation ALWAYS get sent by email within 72hours of our receipt of your deposit. 

Signing up for a trip with Jones Adventures & Baja Jones Adventures is easy.
Call our office at 562-889-4016 and we can take your deposit over the telephone using either a Visa or Master Card for payment.

Payments:
Following the initial Deposit a final payment is due 90 days prior to the departure date, except for our Arctic Narwhal trip and that final payment is due 120 days prior to the trip departure date.

Our deposit and refund policy is this:
The initial deposit is $500 per person for all trips except the Arctic Narwhal trip.  The Arctic trip deposit is $1,000 per person.
The initial deposit is refundable for 15 days following our mail or email delivery of your confirmation package. All money received is non-refundable 60 days prior to departure date. Cancellations prior to 60 days will receive a refund solely dependent on our ability to resell the cancelled spot. We suggest purchasing cancellation insurance to protect yourself from the unexpected.

Payment plan:
We will gladly arrange a monthly payment plan for any trip.  It is simple and effective.  Together we work out a payment plan that will allow you to make the final payment only 30 days prior to the trip departure.  Usually this plan involves 6 or 7 equal payments made using your credit card on a pre-arranged date each month.
