Tiger Temple Thailand - a unique trip - Really close Tiger encounters!

Below you will find photos from our September China Panda Encounter to Wolong.  At this time (September 10) there are 13 newborn babies ranging from just days to one month old at the Preserve.  4 or 5 more are expected to be born any day now to 3 expectant Panda females.  This was a really special trip for me because Sandi and my granddaughter, Chelsea, came along.

Zhang feeding mother panda some special Panda Cake.  The cake is baked at Wolong Preserve.  It is a mixture of ground bamboo, corn, apple, carrots, oil and vitamins.  I have eaten some and it is not so tasty, but not too bad either.   The staff advises against eating it because the bamboo is rough on the human digestive system.
