Payments:

1. $500 U.S. dollars deposit to confirm reservation.

2. Balance is due 90 days prior to the trip departure date.

Your final payment can be made online, by check drawn on a USA bank or using a bank wire transfer.

Refunds and cancellations:

You have 14 days from your date of purchase to review the information we have sent to you, as well as the information on our website. You should read and sign the required Waiver of Liability form either online or a printed copy that would need to be mailed to us. If you change your mind during this 14 days we will give you a 100% refund.

After 14 days the initial deposit is non-refundable for any reason. We urge you to purchase good travel insurance for this trip.

The final balance is due 90 days prior to the trip departure date. This payment and any other partial payments are non-fundable.

Changing a trip date: We understand that situations arise unexpectedly. We will accommodate changing if possible, but urge you to purchase travel/trip insurance to cover any situations that might arise. There are almost always change charges involved in a change of date.

Because our season is short and the camp has limited capacity, changes to trip dates can be costly. There are many different types of added costs that come about when someone changes a trip date. We must purchase air tickets as soon as we confirm your trip date because of limited space on the flights. We sometimes turn away potential guests when the camp is full or nearing capacity on certain dates. If you must change, contact us sooner, rather than waiting.
